PromptSeenAI provides an AI-powered platform for startup founders, offering the following tools:

• SEO Structure Generator: Build topical maps and content strategies

• Monetization Planner: Design revenue models and pricing strategies
• Project Management: Save, organize, and export your generated content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use our services, you must create an account by providing:

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content Ownership

You own 100% of the content you generate. This includes:

• All blueprints, prompts, and strategies created through our tools
• SEO structures and content plans
• Validation reports and monetization plans
• Any other outputs generated using our platform

You may use your generated content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, including building products, services, or businesses based on the outputs.

4.2 Our Platform Rights

PromptSeenAI and its underlying technology, including but not limited to:

• The PromptSeenAI brand, logos, and trademarks
• Our AI models, algorithms, and prompts
• The platform's source code, design, and architecture
• All documentation and educational content

remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit written permission.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use PromptSeenAI only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Generate illegal content: Create content that violates laws, regulations, or infringes on others' rights
• Reverse engineer: Attempt to extract, decompile, or reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Resell without authorization: Sell access to our tools without a valid reseller agreement
• Abuse the system: Overload, attack, or disrupt our infrastructure
• Automate excessively: Use bots or scripts to generate content at scale without permission
• Impersonate others: Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Harm others: Generate content intended to harass, defame, or harm individuals or organizations

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Plan Types

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited monthly generations with basic features
• Pro Plan: Unlimited generations with all features
• Founder Plan: Team features, white-label exports, and API access

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee:

• Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment
• No questions asked for first-time subscribers
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Renewal payments are not refundable

7. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs or updates
• Third-party service outages (AI providers, cloud infrastructure)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Important: Content generated by PromptSeenAI is produced by AI models and should be reviewed before use:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
• You are responsible for verifying and validating all generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs
• Business decisions should be made with human judgment and additional research
• We are not liable for losses resulting from acting on AI-generated content

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time:

• Cancel through Dashboard Settings
• Access remains until the end of your billing period
• You may request data export before cancellation

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse our platform or harm other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PromptSeenAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:
